refunds?
Yes. Things happen! We totally understand… An order can be refunded if your request is received a minimum of 14 days before your reserved date. Once cookies have been made, no refund will be given. Once a custom order has been picked up and is in your possession, no refunds will be given.
ship?
Sadly Sugar + Dough cannot ship due to Florida Cottage Food Laws.
deliver?
Sugar + Dough can deliver if requested in the Boca Raton area with no charge. We love creating cookies for surrounding areas! Delivery is available outside of Boca Raton for a fee.
Order pick-ups are from my home in Boca Raton. The address for pick up is located on the invoice sent via email.
payment?
An invoice through Square will be sent via email after a custom order form is received and design has been approved. Sugar + Dough requires full invoiced payment to hold your reserved date. Your paid invoice is an agreement/contract that the cookie design was approved and customer is fully responsible for cookie order once in their possession. Payment is fully refundable if cancelled at least 14 days before reserved date!
